1. Shri. P K Kukde has been appointed as Additional Director of the Company and also inducted in the Board of Directors w.e.f. October 27, 2007 as an Independent Director.
2. Shri. R V Dalvi has resigned from the Directorship of the Company and he ceases to be a Director of the Company in Wholetime employment of the Company w.e.f. November 01, 2007.
